What makes some firms more innovative than others?
Among the permanent features that determine the more or less to generate innovations, seven factors appear most often:
- Environment: throughout the development process the company must be able to open to its environment, to listen, to monitor but also to deliver relevant messages to it.

How long to give the mature phase of an innovation project?
The answer is extremely variable depending on the specific project. The validation technique mainly depends on the complexity of problems to solve, however, knowing that in all cases, you make sure you do not get trapped by excessive perfectionism.
